Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 31/1/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Jan 2026- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. The zombie doctors had placed me on a treatment which took me to bouncing between 70% to 85% of a full recovery. You could say that's a good place to be, and it is.. but what's very depressing is the doctors are unwilling to help further leaving me in limbo. The nature of this condition is if it's still on-going it will eventually return, be much worse and can be fatal. Since it seems the zombie doctors can no longer do anything for me I reached out to a specialist. I met with him this week, the room we met in was lovely, so I found it strange how some patients described it like a scary basement. The meeting went well, but it wasn't what I expected. What I mean is while this condition is a complicated topic to discuss I would of expected to be told a lot more of what was happening to me and the treatment going forwards. I very much felt like if I had not already done much research myself I would have very little clue to anything. This is a poor overall patient experience I think. The specialist was a very lovely man, I just would of thought he would of had a speech or something prepared to explain most of what is going on. I felt like most of our conversation was based on theory and bashing the medical system rather than being educated on what was happening with me and how we are going to tackle it. He passed over to me he's personal work email, he wants me to send him a email in a few weeks time letting him know how I'm getting on with the treatment. This is free contact to him which might I add was really nice of him because their email service is so very expensive. Digging more into the emails that he sent over to me, it's became clear this is where you can find a lot more of what I felt like was missing from the meeting. In the end I'm not sure if the whole "nice guy" thing was all an act or if he really does care for his patients this much. I just hope whatever it is that these people are up to.. that they at least know what they are doing.

I got my prescription which was the main goal, and I'm now on day 4. I must remember that after the 14th day I have to start taking 1 extra pill. This is a case where I find Steemit honestly very useful for keeping track of such things. So last night no sickness or headache but I'm still waking-up middles of the night. This morning I thankfully woke-up without the headache that plagued me yesterday. It was back to work for another early morning shift, it was milder this morning which was nice. I thought initially I would be working with my boss this morning because I thought I saw his car, but it was only a similar car. Instead it was of course my least favourite superior which I hoped she would be in a decent mood. So even before I was done dealing with the fire doors which is the first thing I always do she insists I must do a quick safety test. It's crazy because I was just thinking the previous day it's been a long time since they have requested these silly tests. Once I was free to got started with task1 I was pleased to see it was easy to deal with. Task2 and 3 were also easy, but task3 being more than I expected but while waiting for the superior to organise task2 I started to sneakily work on task3 which is what made it slightly easier later. Most of the shift went well until near the end someone decided to cause a argument about my work, this woman gave me the wrong details and how she went about it made no sense causing mis communication between us. But like always instead of sorting the problem like sensible adults she instead wanted to create a big scene in front of the superior. She even accused me of making up lies about our conversation which was uncalled for and I really didn't appreciate that. Despite our argument and shouting at the superior our versions of what happened she didn't take sides on the argument which I think was the best result I could hope for. I was very surprised the superior didn't want to talk further on this later when I was leaving.

Returning home and after a late lunch, thankfully I didn't get the same issues as yesterday but admit the fatigue got strong later. Yesterday there might of been a very tiny sign that I'm getting better, however today I have not noticed this and it's just too difficult to tell yet. Guess I'm just aching for any sign of improvement. The feeling of nausea seems to be the most common side effect from this treatment with many giving up on the treatment because of it. And I think if I remember correctly headache is also high on the list. I was worried taking it in-case this would mess with me mentally like the previous treatment. My hope is that things will get easier, but seems many have reported getting really bad at 2 weeks, so will see. Makes me now I dread to think what is going to happen 2 or 3 weeks on this medication. The fatigue made it difficult to get much done today, but I was able to pay some bills and look further into the information given by the specialist. I went online later to meet with friends which they all showed-up and good progress was made. One of my friends had to take another friend to the hospital, I got updated last that they have now been moved to a better location in the hospital, and so being less mistreated. Unfortunately due to their health not improving they remain stuck there. I should start thinking about booking off the next "Event Days" with friends just in-case by that time I'm well enough to attend. I already booked off the day for my next appointment with the specialist and likely the next day also so I can be sure I have enough treatment, just need to wait for it to be approved. Being forced to go down the specialist route is going to make this all be much worse "cost wise" I was chocking at the cost of the medication at the pharmacist but it seems to be my only option now argh. I'm also not happy with the control freak authorities continuing to make it difficult to get hold on of any Steem. They are lately having a total take-over of the internet under the guise of protecting children. We need the tools to regain back some of our dam privacy, especially online.
