Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 4/4/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all.

April 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on March 25th and so the high season wasn't done just yet thankfully. However it did drastically fall which many experts claim is just another price correction. I only mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow, strangely however not a lot of movement this time round from our own token compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient as some would argue that it almost doubled since it's bottom, while that was something to celebrate Steem as done much better in the past. Last night I went to sleep much earlier than the usual late hour, this was because of feeling unwell. When I did go to sleep it was cold but fuelling that is being unwell still I'm better prepared for it by putting on a blanket over the sheets. Surprisingly while this does help it isn't by much but it seems to be enough to get me through the night. When I did go to sleep I didn't wake-up until very late and while not as late compared to other mornings this is still a lot of sleep. But the thing is since this flu I know that I'm going to get super tired very easily and so almost don't see the point of getting out of bed. That's how it's been for at least 4 days, and while it was a struggle to get out of bed this morning I thought it was going to be a lot worse. However I guess today I can say I felt a little better in general but not by enough to validate all this sleeping, it started yesterday where I feel more like I have moved from having a flu to a cold which I hope means I'm getting better. As for the weather this morning things were looking brighter with some sun shine and a little cloud, however the clouds started to take over and it rained. It's been mentioned on the weather forecast that temperatures would start rising and I hope they are right. Since I got up so late today as you can imagine I didn't have work to get in for which was great. This is because as I was feeling better today I tried to bring back some normality, but the late start already made that difficult. Still no problem and the idea is not to rush but I did get the opportunity to look for some more Steem which I managed to get, I guess I expected a better deal but at least I managed to get some more in the end. I spent some time organising some things I didn't think I would need anymore since feeling better and making a few updates on the things I have missed since being sick. My main goal was to get to a point where I could do so more of those updates for my friends as I haven't done any in a good while now and promised them nearly 3 weeks ago I was on it. Still my plan is to continue what I'm doing as the past two weeks or more where I got annoyed and said I was going to start trying everything to shift this as it just seems to keep coming back in a different form. I have been trying mostly natural things rather than going to big pharma and unfortunately nothing much seemed to be happening. But I will continue with this as I feel like I'm finally getting ahead and there might be a little light at the end of the tunnel. That time off I requested from work so I could attend the events with friends as been rejected, which is not very pleasing at all... and I'm yet to tell my friends. So I won't be organising it myself this year like I usually do but might still see if at the time I can somehow at least attend part of it. I spent the rest of the evening just watching things and hoping to get well as I didn't want to push myself now that I might be finally winning over this flu, I might of that that with dinner tonight but we will see. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern", I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. What I would like to see is just easier excess to all parts of the website. Sometimes I feel have to be too much on the right page to get to where I want to go.. if that makes sense. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
