Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 8/1/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Jan 2026- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. The zombie doctor nonsense continues on, they had put me on a treatment that took me to bouncing between 70% to 85% of a full recovery. You could say is a good place however what's very depressing is the doctors are unwilling to help me further leaving me in limbo. And the nature of this condition is if it's still on-going it will eventually return, be much worse and can be fatal. On my last visit to the doctor he started suggesting the idea of a specialist, since it seems they can no longer do anything for me I reached out to the specialist I want. I have recently finalised a meeting for the end of the month with him. It's still a long waiting time when your suffering trust me. But for now my task is to put together a summery of my symptoms, health concerns, history, medication, documents of previous tests and any further questions etc. It's a lot to put together and thankfully I have the time to do this until the actual day of meeting. I guess it's the one positive thing having all this time between the meeting. Of course work gets in the way of being able to put all this together much quicker. But once I have placed all this into summery "AND IF" there still a cap between the day of appointment, then I will pester them for any possible patient cancellations in the hope of being seen a little earlier.

Today I was able to rest for longer since my work was only for the afternoon shift. I really needed that extra rest since getting cold in the morning waiting for someone with a key to get into work. Regardless there was little free time this morning, I tried to get more of the summary done much as I could. Then it was lunch and to work which I was not looking forward to doing because now they always get me on the old shift work. When I arrived I started to prepare for this but my boss stopped me while I was in the middle of writing out the paper work. He told me I was not doing the old shift work today due to some changes, I was really happy about that. And while that was good news he unfortunately told me that the old shift schedule and now changed again to every-other-day. And while I think that is more practical this chance however means it could hinder my changes of getting seen earlier by the specialist and future appointments would more likely need to be booked off. Really not what I wanted to hear and further proof how working wreaks with your health. Apart from that the shift I had at work was at least a easy one, well not initially but the later half was easy. And this was actually very much needed, my eyes were very sore and just wanted to shut, this was almost causing another nasty headache to form, and there were some chest pains that were a little more painful that usual. Like this I was glad when it was finally time to go home. The heating at work was on but at times it still felt cold which I think I'm still getting the chill affects from the other day.

Leaving work I went straight home because all the cold and symptoms drained me. I knew the next thing I needed was to eat some hot food, so I went for what would be dinner. After I felt better, but quickly started to feel tired. And because of this I sadly got no free time for working on the summery for the specialist. I need to go through more material and looking for questions I might need to ask. I still have a lot to do for that but I'm getting there now. Being forced to go down the specialist route is going to make this all be much worse "cost wise" but honestly it seems to be my only option now argh🙁. I'm also not happy with the control freak authorities continuing to make it difficult to get hold on of any Steem. They are also having a total take-over of the internet under the guise of protecting children. We need the tools to regain back some of our dam privacy, especially online, and so if anybody knows of a truly free VPN let me know in the comments below, you could win a upvote from me.
