Learning how to deep-breathe was one of the most important things I did.
Sure, almost everyone can breathe using the diaphragm, but doing it correctly without feeling bloated is a different thing.
It does wonders for stress.

HaHaHa, yet seriously, the breath is a game changer! @spiritualmax you nailed it, when the breath is in alignment with the present, it flows in a way that creates uestress ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eustress ), which is the opposite state of stress.
The limitless styles of diverse breathing are vital to optimal wellness and creating that unification for the hemispheres of the brain to align. The state of brain waves is dependent on the body both being relaxed and allowing the breath to slip away. All the while that diaphragm breathing is equally important too and certainly from my engagement takes practice! Wim Hof has some great breathing practices as well!
