Like how the winklevoss twins got BTC : they won against facebook and the money wasnt worth investing so they bought bitcoin since it was disposable (i guess they lucked out too ...)
Your absolutely right, it could very well happen on a whim, it's how some people were suddenly millionaires over night. But many soon of course lost it when suddenly a whale reverted it.
It would be fun to see besos and musky compete for who can give out the biggest upvote on steemit, regardless if that was the case we would both have more than enough steem for a better life.
Yeah seems they reckon Zuckerberg was a thief copying their site plan and somehow bagged a couple mill, makes you wonder who is robbing who. Anyhow the twins payback to the crypto world was regulation, not exactly what should be in mind if they understood the point of it all. But I guess by then they had made their money so..
