Steem, if being decentralized isnt just another stinc lie, was put out for 'the community' to decide what to do with it.
Now, they ran off the main creator of the blockchain, changed the rewards system to benefit scammers, and are looking to move the goalposts to a totally different goal.
All while trying to discourage the folks that were here all along and dont embrace the new directions.
You have embraced all that as is your perogative.
Im just trying to help you see the error of doing so.
If steem is to be adopted as the default crypto currency, it has to be appealing to more than just scammers and short term thinking.
That is not where stinc's actions are taking us, imo.
If you prefer, i can stop troubling you with my opinions and you can continue without contrary opinions cluttering up your echo chamber.

Stinc may well succede at hijacking what steem couldve been, and that is a shame, if you ask me.
Once folks accept that the world will continue on in the absence of a rothschild controlled central bank, it will be easier for them to accept that we can do better than crapitalism, too.
It was invented as a term by folks supported by the rothschilds, after all.
Steem couldve been a catalyst in that change, but now it appears to be headed in the direction of being just more of the same with different names on the doors.

Not using bid bots seems defeatest to me. If you deserve the arbitrage earnings more than others why not go after them?
Not using voting bots is a principled stance against bs that was known before the hardfork was enabled.

I find it hard to believe they couldn't have come up with an ap to run voting bots. You like the autovoter thing don't you? That is a bid bot scheme. I won't use that thing because it uses some votes.

I am still figuring things out. I have done a TON of math calculations while I have been on steemit. lol The 25% curation thing does suck though. Right now my account seems to be doing pretty good but we shall see. It feels like I am the most motivated user on this platform. I self upvote every single time and promote every single one of my posts and I refuse to waste a single upvote even if it is a 3.3% upvote with my 78 steem power. lol Seems like I should get cut off from voting pretty soon but it is almost time for bed anyways.
Actually, to be fair when I reread my response I also found it a bit defeatist as well.

Recently, since coming into interactions with you, i had expanded my steemvoter to broaden my reading list.
Naturally, most folks dont fall under my confirmation bias umbrella.
This becomes obvious after reading a week or two's posts, but i thought i had found a few that 'got it', and today i removed two from my rules because they said some things that would only lead to me trolling them, better that i mute them, and move on.
I was on the verge of removing you, too, but you redemed yourself by calling bs on what i said.

Anyway, ive been having luck finding votable content in new, so i guess i can use my vote power there on posts of less than a dollar because sooo many folks in my rules, close to 200, have stopped posting.

You have a unique writing style. I followed you. Hopefully the bid bots work out for me as I steal from your vote so eventually I can give it back. lol ;) I'm generally brief so you might not like my posts or style. :(
You may be right on paper but the reality is bloggers who aren't as good as you are gaining and beating you so I think you should reconsider using bidbots.
The other issue is a lot of upvotes like my personal upvotes usually don't even count unless I use a bid. most It's also hard to predict the future so by me using bidbots if a newbie upvotes my post I will actually earn the rewards instead of it being a completely wasted upvote like 1,000's are on this platform due to the .02 threshold.
Thanks for engaging. :) I find it fun and challenging, I am comfortable enough to know I am not everyone's "cup of tea". I enjoy talking to people with different points of view.
