Perhaps Steemit Inc. needs cash (dollar cash, not crypto cash) for investment like more employees or a huge marketing campaign (timed with HF 20). I hope this is the reason because that's exactly what is necessary right now to trigger an avalanche, with a lot more awareness towards steemit and a big steemit user growth.
