I hope you do more of these videos, I hike and walk a lot but I don't do other sports. Somehow and without being aware my shoulder started to hurt, mostly when laying down. I really hadn´t done anything to cause a lesion, but I was told it's a very normal lesion, sometimes the bones move and pressure the tendons. At the moment I'm doing some exercises to recover mobility (I can´t take clothes off hahah). Doing this workout tomorrow, will let you know :)
Thanks @yidneth, I will try =) Aw sorry to hear about your shoulder! Maybe also your posture and many hours in front o t he computer? That made it worse for me!
I am cleaning my bedroom, I have a mirror so maybe I can follow along. Well I think I sleep sideways on that shoulder. I just can spread my arm horizontally our up. I am waiting for a phone call to rehab. We will see.
