Steemit Update [November 1st, 2025] : The Steemit Challenge - Applications Invited for Season 28

in #steemitchallenge2 months ago

The more freestyle approach for the Steemit Challenge seems to be working well.

We will therefore be continuing with the same approach for Season 28.

For this coming season we hope there will again be fresh and interesting ideas from the community.

The Steemit Challenge Season 28

We continue to look for new ways to make use of the Challenge format.

That format includes two weekly posts - one setting out the week’s challenge, the other announcing the six best posts for each challenge.

Each of these posts receive a SC01 vote of up to 66%, and the six winning posts each week also receive votes from SC01.

Alongside these votes, a significant number of the entry posts each week will also receive useful votes from SC02.

Each Challenge season runs for 6 weeks.

How to Apply for Season 28

If you think you have a suitable idea for the Steemit Challenge, tell us about it.

Outline your idea in a post, and show how it would fit in the Challenge format.

You can make a solo application, or you can form a team of up to three people.

Your post should include a draft schedule of what you would do for each of the 6 weeks.

It should include details of how people can interact and get engaged with the project.

It should also provide information about how you would select the 6 best posts each week.

The post should also contain the usual brief details about each team participant.

There are no restrictions on Reputation, nationality, language or community affiliations. The only restrictions are that no team member should be powering down, and that each member should have at least 5000 SP of their own (not delegated).

Posts should also contain the contact details (Telegram/Discord) of all team members.

Posts should be submitted by 11:59 pm UTC, on Thursday, November 6th, 2025.

Application posts should include the tag #challengepitch in the first four tags.

We are looking forward to reading the applications for Season 28.

It will be great to see some new and innovative ideas.

Thank you

Thank you so much for the update. Indeed steemit challenges are the good ways to bring about new and creative content.

Hello @steemitblog

We need to learn computer related courses. We should do some courses that will increase our practical skills. For example: Basic Computer Course,(Windows 'Mac) Microsoft Office, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Data Entry, Programming with Python, Freelancing Guide, and Cyber Security. Through these courses, we can gain the skills to work online. @adeljose @kouba01 Sir, such courses need to be given. Especially by learning freelancing and programming, we can earn money sitting at home.

Greetings, friend. There have been many courses on this topic, and I'm sure more are coming. We just have to wait until someone knowledgeable in these subjects has the time to guide us through a month of homework.

Sir, I have done the previous courses, I need to be more expert to get this job. So I was hoping that if an inexperienced teacher like you were to teach us the class, I would be able to correct the mistakes.❤️

You need to pay attention and be patient. Perhaps you should develop posts about it and ask for feedback on your work.

yes sir, I got it. Thanks for your gideline 🙏

Did you see my courses from last year?
The problem is that the simple tasks are too simple, while the complex ones are too difficult. And it’s hard to grade the work.
What exactly would you like? Write to me.
I can think about creating Python learning courses.
In the meantime, I’m running my course “Let’s Play OpenTTD,” which is quite suitable for the programming profession since it requires algorithmic thinking — you can take part in it.

No sir, I haven’t seen last year’s courses. I would really appreciate it if you could share your Python courses from last year with me. I have been learning Python through Google Web3 School, but I’m struggling to solve some parts. I’ll download your Let,s play OpenTTD game now and try to play it, sir.

What kind of tasks can you solve? Where do you get your tasks? Write down what you know and what your level is.
Then I can prepare the first lesson for you.

Last year, I took courses in C/C++ because I really like these languages.
Take my first lessons — can you do them in Python?
Write your first post about learning Python, and I will continue teaching you.

I am looking forward to being a great part of this season's challenge. I've realised how encouraging it would be by following through on the just-concluded season.

Gracias por seguir impulsando estos desafíos que mantienen viva la energía en Steemit;

Saludos
