I understand his point of view because I still owe him 60 steem upvotes from 2 months ago!
And I think that the gist of his idea is that we can have different targets for different delegates. Some make sure that contest winners dont feel left out while others make sure that newbies don't feel left out, while others dig for gems, while others maintain our core, etc...

Yeah but voting is a terrible idea it'll mess everything up, we already have a lot of people who understand almost everything about this community and @dimimp knows who is best for these positions.
Like he said, all those who perform badly will be un-delegated. So let's leave the decision to him and see what happens next.

Well said @dimimp. for me voting is a total "NO" in this case just like @ubongj said. you know the fore-runners of this project just as I and some few others. If we go by voting someone can just amass votes for his/herself and you waste time delegating and un-delegating him. This further drags steemjet to the mud. I know a solution to this BTW.
