A STEEM VIDEO :- How to make Sabudana tahari
Today I'm going to make sago tahari, which is quick to make. The time required is for soaking, at least two to two and a half hours. We soak medium-sized sago, then boil potatoes. Cut them into small pieces, chop tomatoes, chop green chilies, and coriander, and then cook.
Pour refined oil into a pan. When it's hot, add the tomatoes and chopped potatoes and stir thoroughly. Then add the green chilies, and season with salt and red pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly for 5 minutes. Then add the soaked sago and stir thoroughly for at least 10 minutes.
Continuously stir, don't leave it, as the sago will start to stick to the pan as it roasts. The grains will separate. Then, add the garam masala and stir some more. When it is fried well, then we will garnish it by adding chopped coriander and after adding lemon juice, our Sabudana Tahri is ready.
