Ivy Gourd very Healthy & Nutritious || Let's See

Good Evening all from Bangladesh.
Today I have talked about a different & known subject, which is one of the most beautiful elements from our nature, it is found around our homes besides in the village. They grow naturally and are very healthy and nutritious. We call them 'Telakchu' in Bengali. However, it has many names one of is Ivy Gourd.

You will be very surprised to know about its nutritional value, because such a natural ingredient grows without care and also neglect. You know, we see them besides but we are not attracted to them, because of we do not know about their benefits.

However, recently this fruit is being cultivated in many parts of our country, and efforts are being made to use it as a natural medicine. It contains important elements like dietary fiber, potassium and calcium & others, we expense a lot of money for getting them with medicine. However, we can get it from these natural elements for free.
