What do you think about staying fit???
Staying fit might seem a bit difficult for some people,but I guarantee you, that is the only way to live a healthy life.
Why would you pant after a short walk at age 30, 40, 50, 60??? Or you complain each time about headache, pain all over your body,,, well that is because you have refused to stay fit.
It's not about eating all the nutritious food, its about engaging in some exercises that would help your nerves, your bones and your immune. I'm not a doctor or a physician but from experience, exercising helps you clear your mind and think well, it relaxes your nerves and give you a better and stronger versions of you to run the day.
Every morning, I take a cup of water and then do these squats of about 200-250 and that's it for me. You can start with 50 and keep progressing. Don't let stress take away your life.
