I'm playing the "shoe thief" game with my nieces and aunts.

I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. I will participate in an interesting and great engagement challenge for the first week. This is a very happy engagement challenge for me. Because through this challenge I will be able to share with you about my favorite childhood games. So I thank @sohanurrahman for organizing the engagement. The theme of this engagement challenge is -S29/W1- Nostalgia Of The Little Me : Games we used to play. So let's get started.

Name of childhood game:

First of all, I grew up in the village and there are various popular games that young boys and girls play in the village. That's exactly what happened to me, I also played a lot in my childhood. The games I used to play the most in my childhood are: Bousi game, Gollachoot game, Kanamachi game,Shoe Thief game, Lang Kutkut game, Khutimali game etc. However, my favorite game in my childhood is "Shoe Thief" game. Although the name of this game is funny, the game is very fun.

In this game, two teams are divided. One team tries to bring the shoes into the house and the other team tries to keep the shoes. This game has to be played with enthusiasm and is a very fun game. The number of the two teams has to be the same. Although it is a childhood game, I sometimes play it together in a small open space in our house. Because as I said before, this game is very funny and fun, so I play this game to enjoy it. Apart from that, an open space is required to play this game.

Where and with whom did you play

When I was young, I used to play with the children of the neighbors who lived next to our house, that is, with boys and girls of my same age. Besides, I also played this game with my classmates in school during my free time. Interestingly, this game is one of the popular games among the young boys and girls in our villages in Bangladesh. That is, the village boys and girls play this game with joy and there are very few people who have grown up in the village who do not know the name of this game. Even though I am now older, I still play this game occasionally with my nephews, nieces, cousins, and aunts.

Why was this game special to you

This game was special to me. There were two teams for this game and I played this game with joy. One of the reasons why this game was special to me is that I could run very well with breath from my childhood. Because for this game you need to run well and hold your breath for a long time. I was very good at this and the joy is that I am still good at it. When I was a child, no matter which team I was in, they would accept me with great hope. Because I was very clever and clever for this game.

Basically, I had three qualities to be good at this game, such as: clever, able to hold my breath for a long time and know how to run well and I could play the game very well. So this game was special to me.

Any funny, emotional or memorable incident related to the game

Whenever we play, there are various funny, emotional or memorable incidents related to the game. Just as I was good at studies, I was also very good at sports. I grew up in the village and there was an open field where the village boys and girls used to play in their free time. I used to play here with my friends almost every day in my free time. I have many memorable incidents, but I am mentioning one memorable incident with you below.

I was playing my favorite game with my cousin and friends. I still remember that game was "shoe thief". In the beginning we played very well and we used to guard the shoes outside and when the other team tried to take the shoes we would stop them. But the next time it was our turn to bring the shoes and they would stop us. When I went to bring the shoes and the others stopped me, I took a deep breath and ran with the shoes and fell while running. Due to the fall, my right hand was sprained. As a result, I could not play sports for a week and I had to rest. After Kaviraj gave me medicine, my sprained hand got better and I returned to my playing life. This is a very memorable incident for me because I have never had such a big accident while playing. So we must be careful while playing.

Learning life lessons or values ​​by playing these games

These games teach us life lessons or values. Because playing sports builds friendship and good relations with each other. Besides, playing sports regularly keeps our health good. Whenever we play sports, we are given the opportunity to play with others like us, which teaches us values. We learn how to help each other and have knowledge while playing. When we play sports, we play happily as we wish, that is, freely. We have to play sports according to the rules of sports, which teaches us the morality of life. So I would say give our young children the opportunity to play sports.
