The street art

The following day I went and got up with someone who reached out to me on Facebook regarding an impending project. I am still working out the details on that, so I will just leave it at that, but I agreed to meet with him and go on a photo stroll to discuss.

He lives in a place of New Bedford I had not been to before, so it was a good chance to check out a new place.

The stroll led us past some more of the docks here in New Bedford that I didn't know existed and along the way I observed some great street art and murals, which will be the focus of today's post.

Before even leaving his apartment complex, which happened to be ancient Industrial mills converted into apartments, in the car park I spotted someone had been doing some chalk art in the car park.

Including this ice cream, when I started the walk it was a touch coolish so I had a jacket on, at the conclusion of an almost 2 hour stroll it had heated up and I was sweating away in my jacket and might have loved an ice cream.
