My Observations:
Your proposal sounds interesting but you mentioned older adults so much that I began to wonder if there shouldn't be an age limitation to this? At 70, should they still be recruited and allowed to work? Won't it be a trait to the company?
From all indications, if the funding is steady, then this could be carried out easily!
