Still doing really well and positive progress. We can all lose focus. I'm no exception by any means. With the exception of sticking to the 16 hours (most of the time), I've been repeatedly bad with my food choices. It's taken me until today to get anywhere close to back on track. And I unfortunately put a lot of the 8 pounds I'd lost, back on. So to see that you've never lost the downward trend in overall weight loss, and that's awesome.
