Oh @scottish01, you are on this journey too? :) Me too. I have another 6 kgs to lose before I'm hit the BMI I want.
Walking definitely helps, but so does diet. I started losing weight slowly but consistently only after I gave up sugar and other processed stuff.
Wish you lots of determination and success! Your losing 3 kgs in 30 days is totally awesome! :)
