Trending down but keep an eye on it
I definitely have a long way to go, but I am getting there and to be honest I am delighted with a 6 week weight loss in 30 days!
I put a slightly scary man in my gif here as I think that it sums up just where I am, I am slowly but surely getting there, but I just have to keep an eye on things.
Now that I have finished my 30 day challenge, I think that I have to tell myself that I have only just begun :-)

I would have liked to have a big finish, but the thing about these last 30 days is being realistic and honest, I could have starved myself for a month and been down a stone but then gone back up again and more again once I started eating again.
This week was okay, some treats definitely started to slip into the week, but I think that my walking and other weight loss strategies helped me :-)
As always, thanks to everyone who has supported me during this challenge, it is all very much appreciated.



Oh @scottish01, you are on this journey too? :) Me too. I have another 6 kgs to lose before I'm hit the BMI I want.
Walking definitely helps, but so does diet. I started losing weight slowly but consistently only after I gave up sugar and other processed stuff.

Well done, you didn't just lose weight, you reversed a trend. You stopped motion and sent it in the other direction. That part alone is the hardest, I think. It's a significant achievement. Now don't party too hard.
