Glad to see you are sticking with it and keeping on keeping on. That's the way to get where you want.

Only a week left to go and you'll have completed the first 30 days of turning your health around. You'll have done the hard bit, and proven to yourself you can do the rest of it as well.

And with that confidence of success, comes more success.

So good on you. Keep it up. I'm looking forward to seeing the summary of the month when you 'cross the line' at the end of the challenge.

I really did appreciate every word and the fact that you took the time to give some real nuggets of wisdom :-)

Is a start and as you say it is the beginning of the trend, not just about weight but just getting fit and healthy.
