Walking is something I just need to start "putting up or shutting up" on. I keep telling myself to get out and walk but continue to make excuses.
The "Daily Habits That Will Change Your Life" infographic, definitely caught my eye. Almost all those things are missing in my daily routine. I am going to have to start trading out some bad habits for good ones like these.

Humans are designed to walk. It is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
I'm an advanced walker and like to add 20+KG onto myself when I do it. One of the easiest ways to get fit is by walking with weights/rucking. If you get to weighted level walking, the best thing is when you remove the weights, all the tiredness becomes moot as you feel light as a feather.
Yeah, I need to for sure. I used to be a very fit person, almost obsessive. Once I retired from military service I just let myself go to hell. Now I'm ready to kick start my ass again. Doing it starting tomorrow. Need to walk off the turkey.
