RE: Never Seen a Waterfall Before!

I know what you mean, a tripod can be a real pain in the ass to carry around. When I am feeling particularly lazy I take one of these with me:

its not ideal but it does a good job, especially if you don't want to carry around a big tripod. :)

I have been thinking of getting one, maybe I really should because I do a lot of travelling and that could come in handy.

Oh for sure :) I recommend it. Its not as stable as a big tripod but it does the job pretty well and is super convenient for travel :)

It can be wrapped around (stripper) poles right? I have some ideas where I would need the camera to be in a a weird angle where no regular tripod can get to.

I'd say no. If it was a horizontal pole then sure, but if you wrap it around a vertical pole the weight of the camera would just make it slide down the pole. There are other options though:

Thihihih the stripper pole was a joke, I was kinda thinking more of in terms like tree branches and stuff like that, something with a more grip to it, but thanks anyways! :D

oh lol! That went right over my head! :P
