I recently had the opportunity to visit Dhaka Katchi Dine, a well-known and popular food and beverage zone located in Badarganj Upazila of Rangpur District, Bangladesh. This restaurant has gradually become a reliable name among the food lovers of Badarganj, especially those who love the taste of Dhakai style kacchi and traditional food.The first thing that one notices upon entering the restaurant is the neat environment and well-decorated dining space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it exudes a cozy feel, perfect for spending time with family or friends.

Due to good lighting and ventilation, there is no discomfort to eat while sitting and the environment is also clean.The main attraction of Dhaka Kacchi Dine is their Kacchi Biryani. What special food or drinks in this place attracted you the most?

The main attraction of a visit to Dhaka Kacchi Dine is undoubtedly their special Kacchi Biryani, which first captured the hearts of the locals. In an upazila like Badarganj, it was really beyond expectation to have such a rich taste of Dhakai gharana kacchi. The aroma of basmati rice, the softness of the meat and the balance of spices combine together to make this kacchi stand out. The aroma that wafts over the food as soon as it comes out suggests that it has been cooked slowly with care.The borhani served with kacchi is also particularly eye catching.

This mild sweet-sour drink refreshes both body and mind after a heavy meal. After the oil-masala of Kacchi, a mouthful of Borhani completes the entire dining experience. While Borhani is available in many places, the taste here was quite balanced, neither overly sour nor sweet.Also the chicken roast was another attraction. A light red color on the outside, soft and juicy meat on the inside a roast that goes well with kacchi. The roast masala is not too salty, but deep in flavor, which lingers slowly in the mouth. cutie,This combination of roast and borhani has become my most memorable Dhaka Kachchi Dine experience.

The time spent at Dhaka Kachchi Dine is special to me mainly because of the experience of that day and the taste of the chicken pollawa. The feeling of sitting and enjoying a Dhakai style meal in the familiar surroundings of Badarganj was different. After entering the restaurant, the smell of light food, the noise around and the movement of familiar people all in all, the moment was quite lively. We ordered chicken polao, not thinking too much, but out of natural curiosity.As soon as the food arrived, it was clear that it had been prepared with care. The Polao rice was crisp and fragrant, each grain discernible.

The chicken meat was tender and cooked well, so that the flavor of the spices penetrated deep inside. The use of spices was moderate not too salty, not too pale. This balance became the real attraction of Rooster Polao.The ambience while eating also made the moment more beautiful. Familiar faces, laughter and hot food all in all, even an ordinary mealtime became memorable. The salad and light chutney served with the chicken pollaw complemented the taste. A touch of homely flavor was found in every loka,Which reminded me of home cooking even though it was outside food.
