What kind of famous food places have you been to? Briefly introduce it.

I recently visited Sadia's Kitchen, a famous modern restaurant known for its wide variety of mouth-watering food items. This restaurant is a household name in Chittagong and has earned a massive reputation specifically for its Special Grill Chicken. They operate their business exclusively within the Chittagong division.

Currently, they have 18 branches across Chittagong, strategically located at various important points in the city, and even extending to some Upazila areas in the outskirts. For several years, they have been consistently satisfying customers with their quality food, leading to a steady increase in their number of branches.

I visited their Bhatiari branch, which is situated on the ground floor of the BMA Market, right along the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway. Its large signboard is easily visible from the highway. The restaurant serves its customers every day of the week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and they also offer an online home delivery service for added convenience.

How was the interior and exterior decoration, food quality, and service?

Being a modern restaurant, Sadia’s Kitchen boasts a beautiful and attractive interior. A notable feature is the structure and decor across all their branches, ensuring that customers feel a sense of familiarity no matter which location they visit. The ceiling pillars are decorated with a green texture, gives a refreshing touch to the ambiance.

The interior has ample space for visitors to sit and enjoy their meals comfortably. The restaurant is well-equipped with ceiling fans and high-quality air conditioning. I also found their hand-wash area and washrooms to be exceptionally clean.

The restaurant features two separate types of cabin rooms. Luxury Cabins are designed for families, friends, or couples, featuring luxury sofa-type seating for a more private experience. I personally chose to sit in one of these cabins. Standard Seating areas are perfectly suited for those who prefer a normal dining setup or are visiting alone.

The staff members were all dressed in black polo shirts featuring the restaurant's logo. The seating is well-organized, with tables accommodating 4, 6, or even 8 people on large sofas. Beyond regular dining, Sadia’s Kitchen provides enough space to host birthdays or small ceremonies. Overall, the environment felt very pleasant and the seating was quite comfortable.

In terms of the menu, Sadia’s Kitchen is most famous for two items: chicken grill and special shawarma, which are the main reasons most customers visit. Their menu also includes chicken biryani, beef biryani, mutton halim, polao, butter nun, chicken sticks, tea, coffee, and special Iftar packages during Ramadan.

In my opinion, the pricing is very reasonable. The food quality is excellent; in fact, the special items often sell out early because they are so delicious. If you are a fan of chicken dishes, Sadia’s Kitchen is one of the best options available. Additionally, the behavior of the staff is very polite and professional.

I have enjoyed food from Sadia’s Kitchen several times and often bring parcels home. The taste has always been consistently good. While their pricing is competitive with other restaurants, their Grill Chicken is a standout—once you taste their recipe, you will truly become a fan.

What was the demand for food like in two different periods?

There is a massive demand for their food during the dinner rush. Most people visit with friends and family after finishing their day's work, making it a reliable time for a night meal. During the day, their fried items are popular, and there is a higher volume of parcel sales.

However, the crowd increases significantly from evening onwards. On holidays, the restaurant gets so busy that there is often a shortage of seats. Based on my observations, nighttime is the top period for visitors.

What food have you tried? How was your reporting experience?

During a recent nighttime visit during Ramadan, I tried their Chicken Halim from their special Ramadan menu. It was priced at 180 BDT per person and was served with extra spices and salad to enhance the flavor. The Halim was delicious and the portion size was generous.

Unlike many restaurants where Halim contains very little meat, Sadia’s Kitchen provided an ample amount of meat in the bowl. After mixing in the extra spices, the taste became even better. I have no complaints regarding the taste or quantity for the price. Furthermore, I have had their Shawarma and Chicken Grill many times before, and the taste is simply extraordinary.
