Greetings everyone! Let's hope everyone is doing well. I'm also fine alhamdulillah.

Over the past couple of years, Netflix has been quietly strengthening the mobile gaming lineup. The revolution began when Netflix started bringing in once AAA titles which were available only for PC and consoles and can now be played on an Android device or on an iOS device. The biggest turning point came when the GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition showed up on mobile for anyone with a Netflix subscription. GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition contains three of the classic GTA games with updated graphics and visuals. Everyone can now play these games with only a Netflix subscription.

It almost feels unreal that a streaming platform is suddenly offering one of the most iconic game collections for free. And now, with Red Dead Redemption 1 is on Netflix’s mobile catalogue, it has become clear that the company isn’t just experimenting anymore. RDR1 or Red Dead Redemption 1 is one of the most fan favorite games of all time, and it was Game of the Year in 2010. RDR1 was originally exclusive to the PlayStation and was ported to PC just a few months ago. And it feels great that this game can now be played on an android device with just a Netflix subscription. And of course they’re releasing the full version and not toned down mobile versions.

What I mostly like about this collab is that Netflix used to be just a streaming platform. But now it seems they are shifting their focus to mobile gaming as well. With such good games already available, and hopefully more to come soon, it’s clear that mobile gaming is about to take another big leap forward. Players who don’t own a console or gaming PC can now enjoy these classic games on their mobile devices while on the go. I used to play these games in PC a long time ago. But now anyone can play them from anywhere if they have an android or ios device in hand.

One of the most exciting things about Netflix getting into mobile gaming is their collaboration with Rockstar Games, the studio behind GTA and Red Dead Redemption. These aren’t just small mobile adaptations. They’re the full and classic games made to run on phones and tablets, letting players experience them in almost the same way as on consoles. Now it’s a wait and see situation. Will Netflix bring more Rockstar games to mobile? Or maybe other big games from different developers? We can only hope. If they do, Netflix could become a place to play lots of popular games, not just a few big titles...

That's all for today. Hoping to meet you all soon again in another post. Stay safe until then.

Goodbye.
