is very likely considered low-end in the 3 series by now so most modern demos wont run properly as they need more beef and gasolina than a game , ... which uses all these upscaling tricks demos wont because well thats the purpose of "a demo" isnt it ?

Used to have these small lanparties organized by a friend-friend in the other town where i used to life when life was something but (we were always alone in case no one realized it then, if you look back you should see that guy sitting on the side mostly right)

In a nutshell, you have a SetPixel function Framebuffer.SetPixel(x, y, color)) in which you specify the pixel coordinates and color, and the engine takes care of drawing that into the console.

Besides that, you're free to structure your program in any way you like, add any classes, files, directories etc.

You have the glorious ANSI palette of 16 colors to work with. You specify the colors in RGB bytes (e.g. 255,255,255) and the engine converts them to the nearest ANSI color.

By default the █ character is used for drawing. You can change it to any Unicode character, also while the scene is running, but the entire screen will always be drawn with the same character. (So think of it as pixels rather than ASCII art.)

A homemade 3D engine is also available, featuring .obj/mtl support, object/camera positions and rotations, lighting etc.

well i cant link the vids that dont have a youtube entry so i cant see them because in a browser they certainly wont run on this raspberry pi and the others probably wont even on the 6 year old (7?) "main" pc ...
