support was about 0% part of that ... i found a stray dropped mail they must have sent as an info-tisement somewhere in a dark corner of some other place (i dont have the servers anymore because i cant pay the host anymore so the mail is via via via as i dont have my own mailserver for some strange reason (i mean EVERYONE needs one of those, right, you wouldnt want everyone to use google and hotmail and think thats normalwould you ?)
