i hardly know what i wrote so i'm not sure what you're referring to :p
As for the smoke,i think i quit weed around 30 and cigarettes more than 10 years ago , not for any reason, i just realized at some point that i hadn't for weeks so i didn't anymore
man google search sure has all-positive clean memes and quotes these days ...
