Health Essentials #3 Super Green Detox Smoothie

in #vegan7 years ago (edited)

Decisions regarding our nutritional options daily play a crucial role in our lives. Not just on the physical well-being but on mental and spiritual wellness as well.

Modern times are designed to waste our energy. The computer I'm currently looking at is doing it, for example.

We need to concentrate on improving our energy levels, or we can call it health in general. The healthier we are - more energy we posses. Stronger heart equals to more life energy.

I was trying to figure out a perfect green smoothie that can detoxify myself and boost my immunity at the same time.

When making this one I kept in mind the ongoing geoengineering and this ended as an Anti Climate Engineering Elixir.

After incorporating this smoothie, I can say I managed to improve my condition and enter a completely new state of mind. A healthy, alert and a clean one.

What you will need for it:

  • Fresh, Organic Spinach
  • Vitamineral Earth (find here)
  • Organic, Plant Based Protein
  • Teaspoon Alfalfa
  • Teaspoon Turmeric
  • Teaspoon Spirulina
  • Teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • Water From The Source
  • Some Stevia (if preferred)

We need to nurture ourselves from the inside. Super green smoothie has enough potential to rejuvenate every single of our cells. As soon as you notice the color you will get hypnotized. Its a miracle from nature.

Not only that, it has some great detoxifying potential. It works as a natural antibiotic, even though almost no doctor would prescribe it to you.

The smoothie you'd want to drink with your family at least few times weekly.. If not more. Depends on the horizons, ambition and possibilities.

Thank you for reading my short post from Health Essentials series. I'm really curious to find about your opinions and experiences when it comes to green detox smoothies. I feel like they are one of the most important aspects of everyone who thrive to healthy lifestyle.

Don't take this kind of topics as something strange, this is just me passionate writing and my story:

I love green smoothies. Though we always add some fruits too. We have one every day. It is indeed so important to nourish our body with the right nutrients to stay energized and prevent or maintain disease. My hubby hasn't taken any meds to control MS for nearly 4 years now and he feels great thanks to the power of plant food! Excellent post!

Hey Amy :) how are you? I simply love fruits, but from my experience its not good to mix green smoothies with fruit sugars. If consumed solely, their power is way much higher

I'm so happy about your hubby! One advice for me though, does he use CBD oil? That is a miracle :)

We have never had any issues and have been making them for more than 5 years now. One every day for breakfast. Studied the combination theory while I was studying holistic health but it has a few flaws. Studied biology and pharmacy at the university and some of their believes (combination theory) go against our anatomy and physiology. However, some people, like yourself fare better by not combining them, for the majority of people, however, there is nothing wrong with it it seems. We are all unique and different... no diet fits all ;)
As for the CDB, he doesn't use it as we can't find it in Cambodia. But then he hasn't had any MS related issues for a few years now thanks to diet and exercise.
But powerful stuff indeed. I know a lot of people that use it successfully to treat a host of conditions. Thanks for the tips ;)

Food is medicine. I am eagerly awaiting my smoothie maker to get back onto this. The only ingredient I would add to this recipe is ginger but then I put ginger in everything Hehe. :) Peace.

Ginger is awesome! Helped my fight constant attacks from the flu recently

The human body is a miraculous self-healing machine. If we treat it correctly and give it the right medicine ( food that empowers) it heals itself.

That's one organic article, does it tastes good?

It depends on your definition of good taste.

Unique taste definitely :P

paradise :)

This is a great post! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I also make a green smoothie, but i think if we combine our ingredients it could be really super. I use a lot of the same ingredients that you do, except to make my smoothie more creamy I add an avocado (which also boosts the good fats which your body needs). I also add a couple (max of 2) drops of peppermint essential oil which adds a great flavor, helps with digestion, and gives you a boost of energy.
I started out trying to make a healthy version of the McDonald's Shamrock Shake that comes out for St. Patrick's day, but I liked this so much I like to have this for breakfast in the summer months when it is hot. I hope you will give it a try.

That sure does sound like nice additions! Oh man, I love peppermint

The recipe is great.
For easy use, you can use "short-boiled and then frozen spinach" ( just a small loses on quality !! ).

The taste is not exactly like "Coca Cola" but is a vitamin-mineral bomb with immediate effect.
Let's give the body what it takes for unhindered <work and not what's nice to see (and eat).
Go on!

Thank you for the kind advice man (:
