Noodles, meatballs, and grated carrot

Good morning everyone, the truth is, friends, when it’s hot and we’re craving a plate of pasta, well, in this case I cooked it: noodles. To make them, you put a pot of water on the stove; when it’s hot, you add the noodles and stir very gently so they don’t stick. Once they’re al dente, you drain them and put them in a serving dish. Honestly, they turned out really delicious because I served them with meatballs, which you prepare like this: you take ground meat, add egg, breadcrumbs, salt to taste, finely crushed tomato, and mix it into a dough, then form the meatballs and cook them with a little onion, garlic, and oil in a sauce made with tomato purée.

We prepare the carrot as follows: we grate it, then add lemon juice and salt to taste, and when we serve the noodles and meatballs, we also add the carrot. It’s really delicious.
