Visiting My Friend's New Home

My high school friend bought a house three years ago. This month, the house he bought was completed, and he finally moved in.

Yesterday, I visited my friend's new home. It's a 22nd-floor residence with a sea view. The current value of the house is approximately $280,000 USD. The house faces south, overlooking the southern coast of Istanbul. Even the most important landmarks of the city, like Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet, can be seen from the balcony.

On days with good air quality, watching the sunset from the balcony would be lovely. Istanbul has so many buildings. Even though it's the 22nd floor, it still faces a concrete landscape.

I hope he enjoys many happy days in his new home. I really liked it. I hope I'll be able to own one someday.
