Hello my dear Steemians,

 

Today I wanted to share the equipment that I am using in my assessment of patients who suffer from reflux. There are many peopple both young and old. It is maybe difficult to imagine or understand for us those who do not suffer from acid reflux problem.

We use those catheter with multiple sensors that could check over 24 hours how much acid come up from stomach into gullet, only then it is easy to assess how much acid exposurer there is and if that is so strong that it needs a surgery.

Luckily many patients are able to keep the catheters for 24 hours, they are relatively thin and very informative.
