Beetroot is a highly nutritious vegetable with many health benefits. It is rich in iron and folate, which help improve blood circulation and prevent anemia. Beetroot supports heart health by helping to control blood pressure. It also aids digestion and helps remove toxins from the body. Eating beetroot regularly increases energy and keeps the skin healthy and glowing.
