Happiness hidden in the heart describes a quiet joy that lives deep inside, even if it’s never spoken aloud. This kind of happiness doesn’t need big reasons just a small dream, a sweet memory, or a little love is enough. Sometimes people find peace within themselves that others may never understand. This silent joy makes life softer, calmer, and beautifully meaningful.
