Winter vegetables are fresh, nutritious, and full of health benefits. Common winter vegetables include spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, radish, carrot, and green peas. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber that help boost immunity during the cold season. Eating winter vegetables keeps the body warm, improves digestion, and provides energy. Including seasonal vegetables in daily meals helps maintain good health naturally.
