SEC-S30W5: Spooky Bedtime Stories | Rule No. 7
Picture created by me.
Rule No. 7
Turn right, left, up, and down from 9pm and you're dead.
Your tongue would be ripped off your throat, your eyes plucked out by the tall branches, and your brain smashed with a big log of wood. This is the rule of the tall dead trees in the forest. They believe that 9pm down till 12am, before the witches fly in the sky, is their time to unwind, go naked, and do all sorts of crazy things. It's also their time to hunt and fetch fresh blood in the forest. How did I know all these? Because I'm a survivor.

The setting of the storytelling is a gathering or probably a camping setting at night with the full moon showing. This story should be creepy and spooky, preventing others from sleeping carelessly or even sleeping at all.

Screammmmmm...from a distance. It was my turn to tell a story, a story that would bring me into the picture. It's called RULE NO. 7. They violated the area of the trees by 9pm down to 12am because they weren't aware. I went camping with my friends, and we sat around a bonfire, laughing, playing songs on our music box, and dancing to it. We took turns, getting logs of wood to ignite the fire and keep the flame still.

The moon was as full as it is right now, and we were gathered just as we're gathered here. I was talented enough to sing emotional songs that would take my friend's minds back to their crazy moments in high school and how we're still together, having fun. Everything went well until the golden hour. A strong breeze started blowing and rushing through the leaves in the trees. We didn't give a fuck, thinking it was about to rain or something. Then we started hearing sounds from far.
The sounds weren't scary, but it felt as if someone were crying for help. As my friend turned his neck in that direction, his eyes fell on the floor, and he screamed out loud. I was dumbfounded as to what to do. He stood up without his eyes and was pacing around. We tried to control the situation, but in the process, a log of wood dropped from one of the tall trees and smashed his brains right in front of us. I vomited and became unconscious for some minutes.
As my friend looked up to check where the log of wood fell from, he stood up, took a log of wood with fire, and started chewing it. He was controlled. He ripped off his ears and stood in front of a tree. The next thing we saw was a long branch of tree at the back of his head from his mouth.
My friends were scared, so they covered their faces down in fear, as moving would cause them harm. I noticed that if you looked up and sideways, something bad would happen to you. I didn't really understand the mystery behind their. As my friends covered their faces, the roots from the trees grew wild underground, created an opening in the ground, and crushed them from head to toe as if they were a grinding machine....
I became unconscious but was still seated there. I didn't look up, down, or sideways, and I told my friends not to do so. While closing my eyes, I saw demons trying to rip my heart out and dragging my tongue out from my mouth.
These were techniques the forest used to make me violate its rule. I didn't know about any rule but didn't move as well. As I woke up, it was morning. I saw my friends hanging like meat in each tree and flies buzzing around their bodies.
I ran out of the forest with fear and screamed for help, but no one could hear me. I cried till I woke up to see my parents sitting on my bed. I came to ponder on what happened and realized no one turns left, right, up, or down from 9pm in any forest when they are camping.
It was 8:45pm after I told that story, and immediately I was done; the trees started rustling, a breeze passed through their branches, and it was a full moon, like I told in my story. Oh God. It was another night to survive. You're not looking down, sideways, or up till morning. If you do, you're dead. I was damn scared inside as the storyteller.
Hahahaha…
...Don't..Don't ever mess with the forest's 7th rule.

Oh my gosh, I've never been camping. I don't think your story will inspire me to go on that adventure. I'll only go near trees during the day, but at night, no way! 😱😂😂😂😂😂😂
