Why boys should practise yoga!
Sunday - Well spent!
I was very happy to see so many boys in the class today because usually youngsters think yoga is not for boys. Let me tell you might not realise it but you need it more because your bodies are way more tighter than females. And stiffer and tighter muscles mean more of accumulated toxins and more prone to injury & aches.
Just building those muscles by lifting weights is not enough you have to stretch them fully to strengthen them, tone them and use them in them in their full range of motions.
And it's Ashtanga yoga am talking about, popularly known as power yoga, it's not boring as believed, infact quiet interesting.
Nevertheless great sessions today at both the cafes.
At @poppinorganiccafe we are making it a Sunday thing. Every Sunday 10-11am yoga session followed by organic healthy breakfast at some amazing discounts.

I have a hard time running because of my joints so i just swim. Yoga is def 1 form of meditation but im real lazy. Hope youre well
Swimming is damn good exercise. Yoga helps you in healing while others cant. Try this once. You will love it.
