材料:
- 1 целая куриная грудка
- 2 стакана воды
- 1 стакан морковного сока
- 1 чашка моркови
- 1 чашка свеклы
- 1 чашка маринованных грибов
- 2 столовые ложки соли
- 1 чайная ложка перца
Приготовление:
В большой кастрюле добавить куриную грудку, воду, морковный сок и соль. Довести до кипения.
Добавить морковь, свеклу и маринованные грибы. Тушить на слабом огне примерно в течение 20 минут.
Добавить перец и продолжать варить еще на 10 минут.
Подавать горячим.
