Stir-Fried King Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 pound king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the green onions.
- Serve warm.
中式炒杏鲍菇
材料:
- 2汤匙蔬菜油
- 2瓣蒜,切碎
- 1/2茶匙新鲜姜,切碎
- 1磅杏鲍菇,切片
- 2汤匙酱油
- 2汤匙米醋
- 1茶匙麻油
- 2汤匙青葱,切碎
做法:
- 在一个大平底锅中加热蔬菜油,中高火。
- 加入蒜和姜,煸炒30秒。
- 加入杏鲍菇,煸炒5分钟,偶尔搅拌。
- 加入酱油、米醋和麻油,搅拌均匀。
- 继续煸炒3分钟。

- 热起来上桌即可。
