I was able to download my national ID this morning through a government website which allowed me to input some of my credentials and then verified it with the scanning of my face. I am surprised that the face scan had no problem of scanning my face considering that I have a deformed face due to my bone condition of my face which got literally "defaced" because of my Leontiasis Ossea condition. So my former appearance was changed into my current appearance but I am happy that it got accepted when the website "accepted" my current image because afterall this is the same face that I used (of course) when me and my mother went to one of the satellite branches of the government office that facilitated our national ID registration where our biometrics are taken like fingerprints and photo.

Both my parents and my brother had already received their physical ID where my father who had registered later compared to our time in registering got his copy first and then my brother, and then more than a year later my mother received hers. As for myself I didn't get either my paper print nor my physical PVC plastic national ID until now and it has been ages and I got worried that it got rejected by the system because of my unusual (abnormal) face features. Now after I discovered that I can get the copy of the digital version of y national ID, I tried to download it by doing what I said above and was successful in doing so which of course had made me happy because I have another way of identifying myself if I need to like when I needed to submit my copy of my national ID for my purposes.

The central bank of my country already had terminated its contract to the company that supposed to print the IDs but it is not doing the work as it should which is why so many citizens of my country also haven't seen or received their physical IDs
as well. It is good that the electronic version of our national IDs are valid, however some banks doesn't accept it and wants other IDs like Postal ID, Philhealth ID, and other IDs which I think has to do with the signature because as you can see in my heavily edited ID, there is no signature affixed there compared to the IDs that I mentioned plus my persons with disability ID (PWD ID) has my signatures on it. That is why this national ID had a problem especially with banks here in my country.
