I'll work out after having dinner. I just woke up after taking a nap. I'm a little tired. But, I don't feel lazy right now.

By the way, I started dumbbell bench press using diverse weights(4kg, 6kg, 8kg and 10 kg). For me, 10kg was difficult to handle. It's a shame. Someday, I'll be able to handle 10kg easily!
