I had a PT class. Then, I worked out for an hour more. I thought I couldn't do 15 repetitions of a 50kg squat. But, I made it!

I think 1RM(1 Repetition Maximum) for squat is around 70kg. However, my core muscles are still weak. I need to work out every day to strengthen these.
