  • Health is said to be the biggest wealth of man. In life, our bodies should be kept healthy. Because the good health of a person affects his progress. And prevents many types of diseases. Health is like a priceless treasure. For this health should be taken care of. To live the best life, we should keep our health healthy. By which we can live a happy and better life in life.

1.What do you understand by this statement?

  • "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". We have got to understand this from this statement. That we should consume mostly fruits and vegetables to take care of our health. Fruits are very beneficial for our health. All fruits are good for our health. That's why we should eat fruits to keep our health healthy. By eating fruits, we can avoid many diseases. And we don't even have to go to the doctor. We should eat an apple daily once a day. Apple is very beneficial for health.

  • It is necessary to keep the heart healthy in life. That's why one apple should be eaten daily to keep the heart healthy. Eating apples daily does not cause iron deficiency in the body. Bones also remain strong by eating them. Our body remains healthy by eating an apple. And it protects us from many diseases. That's why we don't have to go to the doctor. So we should eat an apple daily.

2.What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

  • We need proper diet, exercise, and cleanliness to keep our bodies healthy. I take a simple poetic and curable diet to keep my health healthy. Food made with more oil and more spices is harmful to our bodies. That's why I don't eat much spicy food. Due to which diseases can be avoided. I consume milk daily in the morning.

  • Fruits and vegetables are very important for our health. That's why I eat vegetables and fruits every day. We should also exercise to stay healthy, which keeps the body healthy. And the body feels strong and vigorous. I do not exercise but I always go for a morning walk. Our bodies like this too. Regular cleanliness around us is very important for us to take care of our bodies and stay away from dirt. That's why I don't allow Gandaki around me. I clean my house every day.

3 .How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?

  • I learned this habit from my husband. He always tells me about food. He has always told me about health. Consuming fruits and eating fresh vegetables daily is very beneficial for health. He also comes with me for daily morning walks.

  • Because by walking daily in the morning, our health remains very good and energetic. He has taught me good habits about health. And always recommended to follow it. And tells me to eat a healthy and positive diet. A balanced diet is very important for us. To keep our health good and excellent, a balanced and nutritious diet should be eaten. Due to this, our body remains healthy. That's why we have to take a healthy diet to keep our health healthy. And fresh vegetables have to be eaten. Due to this, our health will be good.

  • The habits I have mentioned above. By keeping this habit, our body will always be healthy. We get many benefits from these habits. The efficiency of a healthy person remains healthy. Healthy health inspires us to live a better life. And if our health is good then we can spend our life happily. By eating a poetic diet we can avoid many types of diseases. Exercising keeps our health fit and healthy. Eating vegetables or fruits daily can save us from going to the doctor.

  • believe till then everyone can adopt this habit. Because everyone likes to be healthy. Everyone would like to adopt this habit to keep their health healthy. Everyone likes to eat fruits. And I've talked about eating fruit and a poetic diet here. Everyone will like this habit. Because if we get benefits from eating these fruits and vegetables then everyone likes to do it. Every person needs food to live his life. That's why everyone will like this habit. Man gets energy by eating food.

  • I would like to suggest this tips to the steemians to keep their health healthy.

  • A balanced diet has to be taken daily.

  • We have to keep the environment around us clean and keep cleanliness regular.

  • We have to stay away from smoking and cigarette.

  • We have to consume fruits and vegetables daily.
  • To stay healthy one should wake up early in the morning. And first one should get up and drink water. Due to this, our health remains good.

  • Milk should be consumed daily. We get many nutrients by drinking milk.
    You should never drink water before eating food, you have to drink it after eating food or before 30 minutes.

  • Do not use too much salt in food.

  • After dinner, go for a walk outside for a while.

  • Milk is really good for teeth and for bones

  • A cup of milk must be added in diet as well
