My current conditions:
- I live with Autism Spectrum Disorder, dycalculia, and I am visually impaired. I was born with Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP).
- Because of the ROP, I have a lot of vision disorders. For example Myopia (short-sightedness), dyschromatopsia (disorder of color vision), visual field defect.
- I am skinny and my weight is only 48.5 Kg. Because of these things I can't (unable to) carry heavy weights at the moment.
- English is not my native language and my English is not so good when it comes to text creating/writing and discussing (talking about) various topics online.
Well I can't improve the first three highlighted disabilities. They are congenital/permanent.
But I can and I want to improve my physical strenght and my English knowledge.

Details and my plans:
About maintaining/improving my English knowledge:
My current plan on this is to buy and read English language books but I currently don't have money for that.
Currently I am using amateur radio to maintain/improve (primarily just maintain) my English knowledge.
I would be happy to buy some books to improve my English skills.
About my physical strenght:
As I mentioned above, my weight is 48.5 kg.
Currently carrying even a 3kg weight is hard for me. I can lift weights up to 10 kg but I can't carry them on the long run. So I really need to improve my physical strenght.
I probably need to go the gym and choose a personal trainer but I don't have money for that either.
Due to my conditions I am unable to make friends and I am unable to work in real life.
I really tried to work in part time jobs in 2014 and 2015 but I can't (unable to) do it.
About gyms and financial things:
I never went to gym before because they are very expensive.
I live in a small village in Hungary, near (approximately 27-30 km from) Szolnok city.
There is a gym in Szolnok City, called B-Fit.
ONE occasion (!) with a personal trainer is 4500 HUF ($17,25 USD) ($1 USD = 260.8700 HUF).
I guess I just need to go with a personal trainer for a few occasions and then I could go alone (train on my own).
A simple ticket to the gym is much cheaper. 1 occasion is 1400 HUF ($5,37 USD) and the monthly (!) ticket is 9500 HUF ($36,42 USD).
I don't know the prices in abroad but this is very expensive. Especially if I take into account my low monthly income.
Because of my conditions/disabilities, I get a low pension-like income from the government, which is 60 000 HUF ($230,00 USD). This is enough for paying the bills and for cheap foods but not enough to buy books and to go to the gym.
As I mentioned above I am unable to make friends and work in real life, so currently everything is depending on Steemit.
I don't know where else could I go. I am planning to write (post) minimum (at least) 1 blog post per day.
I hope I can earn some money with Steemit to improve my life (physical strenght and English knowledge).
If you have any suggestion to improve my life quality, feel free to express it in the comments below!
Thank you for reading!

Have a nice day!
Post updated! I uploaded two pictures about myself.
Hey, I'm sorry if things are a little difficult now. I don't know as much about your condition as I should considering I studied psychology in university. I hope I don't say anything too ignorant or offensive, if I do please forgive me.
I can tell you one thing, doctors don't know everything. I have been proving them wrong my whole life. A diagnosis is basically a comparison with what's "normal", but normal is defined by a culture, not by nature. You might be capable of things they say you are not capable of. I have a friend who "overcame" his autism, he still thinks very differently from other people but he has found ways to understand and connect with others and function much better among "normal" people. He has done this through his own experimentation.
Everyone is different but you will find that more things become possible when you believe that they are possible.
I think you have a good attitude. You want to improve yourself and that's really the first big step to making improvement. If you believe in yourself, I believe in you.
If you want any PDFs of english books i will see if i can find them for you. Feel free to ask me questions about English too, I teach languages. As for improving your body, search youtube for exercises you can do without any equipment. There are lots of ways to improve your body. I should try some too.
I hope this was helpful!
also I will resteem this. My following isn't huge but hopefully you get some more support. I will show a friend who might be able to nominate it for more support from people with more steem power.
@xplosive - @whatamidoing is so right! There are a lot of ways to learn english and practice online, as well as exercise. I exercise with the tv programs and youtube videos, too!!

You got in. Check it out here: https://steemit.com/ocd/@ocd/ocd-daily-issue-26
Have a look into "bodyweight" exercises like pressups, and pullups, these can be done for free and will help a lot, there is ways you can make them easier if you cannot do them unassisted to start as well:) good luck mate
Thank you for these suggestions! This is really useful/helpful!
Maybe I can really train without a personal trainer! Or even at home!
However I know nothing about these exercises at the moment.
For example which one should I do (first/regularly/most often)? How much/often?
There are a lot of techniques on the internet.
I take some time to read about them and watch some videos.
Thank you again!
Hi! Nice to see you here too. Your English doesn't seem that bad. As for weight gain I had a brother with the same issue,, in his case he has a really fast metabolism. To make a long story short, he no longer had that problem he took all my work- out journals! Now he works out to avoid getting fat. 😄 Look I started working- out when I was 15 years old and skinny myself, my reason? I had started getting very sick and was tired of the many doctor tests. I said enough! And started doing home exercises, I was a kid and zero budget. If I did it so can you. First, you need to learn about clean protein, such as nuts, beans, clean meats (if you're not a vegetarian), and as for exercises you will need to slowly gain strength. I predominantly have always worked-out from home. For now look around your home, can of beans work as weights as you grow your strength fill milk gallons with sand use these and large rice bags. Use your imagination to imitate basic FREE WEIGHT exercises. Always warm-up and warm-down (this helps against injury), street low for the first month or two and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, if you feel a sharp pain STOP lower the weight or stop that exercise. Work-out 3-4 times per week or every other day. Sleeping by 10pm is important, sleeping is as important as doing exercise and eating right. You can do this! By that way, the brother I mentioned was born with eyesight issues too. Hope all this helps you.
Inspiring story! Thank you for mentioning clear protein as well!
I have a lot to learn! I am not a vegetarian.
Currently I am reading and watching videos about weight exercises.
It's a little bit hard to understand, even in my own language, but I am sure I will understand it and do it over time.
I will read more information and watch more videos about weight exercises and I will choose a training (workout) plan/routine.
I will pay attention to warm-up and warm-down to avoid injuries.
I just noticed some grammatical errors in my comment, my apologies, I was multitasking and it was very late. Instead of street, it should have said start* slow. When doing exercises start counting up to 10-15 (these are called repetitions) then take a few seconds of rest then start again another (set) of 10-15, then rest a few seconds and start again another of 10-15. It should be 10-15 repetitions and 3 sets. I tried breaking it down to simple terms. Important thing is to understand, stay encouraged and don't overdo it. Stick to basic free weight exercises. You will understand soon everything. Can't wait to see your progress!
No problem. Although my English is not very good, I guessed that the words were supposed to be "start slow" by the context.
Your instructions are much more easily understandable than the video I watched previously.
So almost everything is clear about the topic.
Thank you for your help again! I really appreciate it!
I will probably start exercising in the next few days.
I will make a routine and I take notes about the exercises.
I also try to improve my English knowledge. I take time to read and write things.
For example I just wrote an article about movies and the audience.
Primarily I need to improve my vocabulary and my writing skills.
You don't need to buy english books to learn. There are free texts, including classics. Of course if you want a certain and book it gets harder ;)
Great posting! As a former power-lifter I can tell you that a gym is not needed to build strength and or even achieve what you're looking for. Just the same as a trainer at the gym doctors are salespeople as well. Only you can truly know where you are and where you want to go.
As others have mentioned here about body-weight exercises you can take them on and your goal should be to do at least one more repetition each new day. It may not sound like a lot but it will help with a number of things from your strength, endurance mentally and physically.
In terms of building your strength if you can't carry something the first thing I would work at is grip strength. It may sound small but you can work your way from there to building muscle, endurance or what it is you're looking for. If you need any insight on diets that can fit your budget and or workouts feel free to let me know. All of the best to you in your journey.
I second the suggestion about bodyweight workouts at home! I suggest picking out a Darebee program to start. I love using these free visual workouts, and they can be understood in any language.
It is wonderful to meet you @xplosive. We have some members in our family and their friends who are on the austism spectrum and have different types of Aspberger's syndrome. So, I understand. I am on Disibility in the US and have similar problems with income and money, so I understand that as well. Do you live with family members? I have my husband and my sister who care for me. You will make online friends, don't worry. A lot of us have most of our social life on the internet!
