My Daily Walking Stats January 6 2026
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning but felt very tired and weak, especially my legs ached. I probably overexerted myself yesterday and caught a cold. I made linden tea this morning and drank it with black pepper, lemon, and honey. I drank 3 cups, it made me sweat a lot, and it felt really good. I couldn't go outside today, but I walked on the treadmill occasionally. I'm still a little tired, but I feel better than I did this morning. I'll go to bed early, hopefully I'll be better tomorrow morning.
According to Google Fit, I walked 5,886 steps, 3.64 km, and burned 2,306 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
