통합돌봄 본사업 맞춰 퇴원환자 지역사회 연계 지원 본격 시동
보건복지부는 3월 27일 통합돌봄 본사업 전국 시행을 앞두고, 229개 시·군·구와 협약병원을 중심으로 퇴원환자 지역사회 연계 지원체계를 가동합니다.
병원이 돌봄 필요 환자를 선별·평가해 지자체에 의뢰하면, 지자체가 지원계획을 세워 방문진료·가사지원 등을 연계하는 구조입니다.
마치 퇴원 후 공백을 메우는 안전망을 촘촘히 엮는 작업처럼 보입니다. 다만 지역별 인프라 격차는 우려됩니다. 향후 취약지역 인력·재정 지원 보강이 필요합니다.
