Making "sauerkraut" at home is not that difficult - our great-grandmothers made it because it kept the cabbage good during the winter and it had a lot of vitamins. Sauerkraut was used as scurvy prevention during the age of sailing ships.
I read it on google and wikipedia😊 but I never knew whether in the weather like Indonesia, hot and humid it will work if I made it here. Thanks @muscara.
