Inspiration Is Not Substitution
Daybook March 08
This reflection explores learner responsibility, educator boundaries, and agency in nursing education.
Educators often carry invisible pressure.
If a student struggles, we ask ourselves:
Did I teach clearly enough?
But teaching and learning are not identical acts.
We can inspire.
We can design opportunities.
We cannot absorb responsibility that belongs to the learner.
Healthy education honors both roles.
One Line for Nurses and Learners:
Responsibility empowers growth.
