The Leadership Question
Daybook March 30
Leadership is often revealed not by authority but by the questions leaders ask. Asking “How can we get that done?” opens possibilities for collaboration and innovation.
Leadership is often expressed through language.
A simple “No” can quickly close a conversation.
But a different question can open possibilities.
“How can we get that done?”
This question invites collaboration.
It encourages creativity.
It builds teamwork.
Leadership is not only about making decisions.
It is about creating space for solutions.
One Line for Nurses and Learners:
Leadership begins with the right question.
