Discipline over feelings

One cannot build a life of their desire by just following their moods and emotions. Mood tells us to stay in bed, skip our workouts, stay in comfort zone, avoid work but that's not how life is built and goals are achieved. To achieve bigger things in life discipline is most required than anything else. It all starts with discipline to do it every single day, even on those when you do not feel like doing it.

To skip it may feel good momentarily but that temporary feel-good moment is taking away some part of success from the future. Discipline does not care if you are tired, bored or not feeling motivated, it has to show up any how. It can feel uncomfortable but that's where progress lies and that's how champions are made.

To keep doing that one thing daily is not simple, the world may not see your discipline, hard work and commitment when you become a champion but without it, it's not possible to achieve that big success. Every small action stacks up and builds up power and takes you more and more nearer to our goal. For e.g. people tell me how do I maintain my weight at one level for years together. Some say I am so lucky but it's not about luck, there's a lot of work that goes on the backside to maintain my health and weight but no one can see that.

To aim big, to achieve your goals feelings and emotions will have to fade and discipline wins
